Heavy Duty PVC Tarpaulins

All our covers are manufactured to a high standard in high quality PVC coated polyester or water & rot-proofed canvas. There are two grades of PVC in a variety of colours to choose from. We have standard "off-the-shelf" sizes, detailed below, as well as having the capability of producing "made to measure" customer specifications.

The diagram shows our typical make-up of a standard flat sheet. We turn our hems twice, creating three layers of material that the brass eyelets go through. This ensures our finished sheets are strong and durable, made to last. Many other fittings can be added such as shortening tabs, ropes or shockcord as required.

As mentioned our standard tarpaulins (flat sheets) have brass eyelets fitted through a double hem, alternatively we have vehicle sheets available which have the eyelets passing through a canvas strengthening lug as well for extra durability. These are detailed below.
