I am writing to say how delighted my husband and I were with our latest contact with your Company. Whilst our order must have been only a fraction of your turnover, the way we were treated was second-to-none, both with the initial telephone call, and our subsequent visit to your offices at Hunslet, where we were served by a gentleman named Colin.

Despite the delightful ‘old-fashioned' look to the premises, there was nothing ‘old-fashioned' about the service – it was superb.

As promised, the flag we ordered was delivered on time – that's the way to keep customers – keep up the good work.
