We have now had our first Bulldoor installed for more than a year and I wanted to write to say what a great success this has been.
We have used many different types of automatic door over the years and the Bulldoor is the first type that has withstood the rigours of our operations. The site operates seven days per week, fifty two weeks of the year on three shifts and we have not experienced any problem with the door since installation about eighteen months ago.
In addition to the excellent product I would also like to commend your installation and post commissioning service. Your installation has been to the agreed programme and service visits have always been honoured at the agreed time – this sadly is not common these days.
As your order books will show we have followed this initial order with repeat orders for a further 8 doors which we believe will continue to improve our operations and efficiency. I think this says more about your product than I can.
