I would like to thank Neil and his team for the excellent service provided in the installation of the High-Speed door at our Barrow site.
After many years of excellent service provided by your company, again the feedback from the relevant department Managers on the quality of product and service provided by your Company together with the engineers who undertook the installation has been excellent.
On initiation of the Project I was asked to obtain 2 quotes for a door, which I reluctantly undertook. My reply to this request was that Value for money was not only from the Quality of Product received and reliability, but the expertise, after sales service provided and the behaviour and attitudes towards Health and Safety of the Company and engineers who provide it.
After visits from other service providers it was obvious to all that we should look no further.
My motto is that “if you already know you have the best, why look at the rest”, which is why I would never fit any other make of product at our site. I would appreciate it if you could forward these comments to your team and once again, thank you.
