Door Blade :

Ramskin PVC coated polyester – one ply (2 mm) thick complete with vision panel in clear PVC. Blade incorporates SHS integral wind bracings. All joins high frequency welded.
Standard Colour – Alert yellow.

SEALING

Top :

Dual purpose back bar (100 x 100 x 3.6 RHS) c/w brush strip performs the role of top fixing support, seal and blade damper.

Side :

Powder coated 125 x 30 x 18 SWG angle pressing (vermin exclusion).

Finish :

All metal parts fully shot blasted and degreased, zinc phosphate pre-treated and finally polyester powder coated to 70 microns. Standard Colour – grey gloss to RAL 7043.
