Just a brief note to express my thanks for the professionalism in which the order we supplied for a ‘Ram Door’ was handled from the outset through to completion.

Following the initial enquiry, I was contacted almost immediately by your Sales Engineer Mr. Ian Bliszczak, who wasted no time in making suitable recommendations for our needs. The information that followed was quite honestly astounding in its quality and accuracy. What more could a customer ask for?

The door was, as expected delivered on time and the engineers who came to install the unit were faultless in their dedication to satisfy the customer’s needs and professionalism in their manner of work.

As the site operations manager, I handle a huge array of projects throughout the course of my job, but can honestly say yours is the first I’ve handled without some need to interfere, change, shout, become worried, frustrated or annoyed.
