BAT has experience of other Rapid Response Door manufacturers and in terms of service and quality we demand more than they appear to offer. BAT produce a very high quality product and above all else strive to satisfy our customers. When seeking an alternative supplier for Rapid Response Doors we looked for a company with a similar outlook to our own.
Over the last 12 months we have purchased 13 MATADOOR and RAMDOOR Hi-speed doors from Union Industries. All of these doors have a very high frequency of use and have proved every bit as reliable as Union 's existing customers had predicted and we had hoped.
I have been lucky enough to visit the Union Industries premises where I discovered that the enthusiasm coupled with a friendly and professional approach followed through. It also became obvious that the high standards and professionalism were adopted from the senior management and ran right throughout the company resulting in my opinion in the best door of its kind on the market.
