Just a quick note in praise of your team regarding the recent installation of our Hi-Speed Matadoor. The job was well planned, we were kept informed, your installation fitters arrive on the agreed date with all the necessary equipment and completed the installation with no fuss at all.

I realise that this was by no means a big installation but as an engineer who spends a lot of capital and deals with a lot of visiting contractors, it was very refreshing to work with your team.
