Ventilation & Air Filtration Systems

The model FA 230/150 N as shown here is just one of a number of military specification air filtration systems specifically designed for collective filtration for tents, army camps and vehicles.

All are manufactured to NATO standards and are capable of heavy duty high performance ventilation and air filtration at low noise levels. They can supply dust filtered air to tents and army camps during peace time or conventional combat (NBC filter by pass) and be speedily converted to filtered air at times of NBC contamination.

By introducing filtered positive pressure the tent, vehicle or building interior is effectively protected, negating the need for gas masks and protective clothing.

Additionally certain models have optional manual backup in case of power failure and incorporate blower filter units comprising pre filters for dust filtration, aerosol filters and activated carbon layers adsorbing gases and vapors.

All can be connected via quick connectors (or alternatively via a standard NATO sleeve) and a flexible hose to a sleeve in the tent side wall. Decontaminable paint finishes according to MIL-F-14072/MIL-C-46168D (Type 11).
